Maternal and Child Health Consortium (MCHC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that children and families have the support and resources to start healthy, stay healthy, and succeed in school.

MCHC makes it easier for families to access the healthcare, resources, and support they need, while helping children get a strong start in life. Through evidence-based, relationship-centered services, we build connections that support families at any stage from pregnancy through childhood.

Child Advocacy Services
Home-visiting support for families involved with the child welfare system, helping parents and children build stronger connections.
Doula Support
Holistic support during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum.

Resource support for pregnant individuals with substance use challenges.
Rooted in Community
Our journey started with grassroots collaboration and the power of community voices, addressing maternal and child health disparities in the Chester County region of Pennsylvania.
Today, we still strive to provide programs that authentically reflect the needs and aspirations of families, helping them feel supported, connected, and empowered.
