Family Support Programs
Every child deserves a healthy start, and every family deserves access to the support they need to thrive. At Maternal and Child Health Consortium (MCHC), we improve access to healthcare, connect families with essential resources, and provide evidence-based home visiting and early childhood support services.
Family Center Program
Families build the foundation for a lifetime of good health with home-visiting support at any stage from pregnancy through kindergarten.
Benefits Enrollment
Support with enrolling in Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP and other public benefits, as well as connections to resources in housing, employment, and more.
Child Advocacy Services
Home-visiting support that helps families involved in the child welfare system build stability, relationships, and support their children’s development.

Our journey began with grassroots collaboration and the power of community voices, addressing maternal and child health disparities in the Chester County region of Pennsylvania. Today, we are still dedicated to ensuring that our programs authentically reflect the needs and aspirations of families, driving positive, equitable change for all.
