Family Support & Education Programs
At MCHC, we understand the challenges and joys of of parenthood well. We recognize that preparing for school begins well before kindergarten. Drawing from evidence-based practices in home visiting and early childhood development, we meet families where they are to help build a strong foundation for health and well-being starting from pregnancy.
Family Center Program
Families build the foundation for a lifetime of good health with home-visiting support at any stage from pregnancy through kindergarten.
Benefits Enrollment
We help with enrolling in health insurance, SNAP, and other public benefits, as well as connecting you to essential resources for basic needs.
Child Advocacy Services
Home-visiting support for families involved in the child welfare system or experiencing challenges with family unity and child safety.

Our journey began with grassroots collaboration and the power of community voices, addressing maternal and child health disparities in the Chester County region of Pennsylvania. Today, we remain dedicated to ensuring that our programs authentically reflect the needs and aspirations of families, driving positive, equitable change for all.
